setting a foundation…
Have you ever noticed how everyone is in such a hurry to get to a place, a goal, a mindset… that they forget the basics? Or the “essence” of what it is they are doing?
I happen to be a very detail oriented person even though I also have a very creative and “outside of the box” attitude… but there are those around me who appear as though they are on a whirly gig at the fair, spinning all over the place. They are very creative and even brilliant, yet they have trouble focusing on building a strong foundation with which to BUILD on. If you don’t build on a solid base then you may as well be building your business on quicksand.
People are in such a hurry to “get” there…wherever “there” is… that they miss the basics and will later on have to re-visit this major step which will cost money and time to re-do what should have been done the first go around!
Take the time to do a thorough business plan…. doing your due diligence, research, organization and market plan before you launch “your next big idea”. It will be invaluable to you in the future!
